Hitting Up On Happiness Go to post ➜
About two months ago, I have decided to finally start working on a book, and it wasn't really part of the plan that I would come up with two books - each being written simultaneously. Both consist two different plots; one being mainly a fictional chick lit, and the other, being some partly fictional biography based on my own personal experiences.
"Hitting Up On Happiness" is the title I have come up with for the "partly" fictional biography I have been writing, and unfortunately I have recently stopped working on it due to lack of time (and ideas, I suppose), plus the fact that I am honestly hooked on working on my chick lit. Hitting Up On Happiness is mainly a story of a girl who has been trying to chase her own "genuine" happiness since...well, she can hardly remember.

So yesterday, 9th December, was my Mom's birthday. I didn't spend it with her because I have chosen to travel a few miles away from home and see my favorite artist, Mike Posner, on his Manila tour. It was a little sacrifice, but it sure was all worth it.
Anyway to shorten things a little, I went to Manila and took chances on seeing Mike Posner on Glorietta 4 Park and Seventh High - and yes, I did see him. I did.
Here are some of the photos during his performance at Glorietta 4 Park:

Mike: "If I don't see you dancing or enjoying, then I'm gonna have to call you out and we will talk later."
Was I the only one Falling?
Rolling In The Deep
He jumped a lot during his performances, which I really did appreciate! He was so cute like that!
All game for the fan meet!
He looked really fresh in that red orange shirt (which he later gave away at 7th High!) he wore after his performance.

Alright, so the next thing I knew, it was my turn to get my discs signed!
I handed him my little gift and letter after he had signed my albums, and he asked me if I want him to read it there. I told him he could read it sometime later because there were other people waiting for their turns and I didn't want to take much of his time - but Mike, being the coolest guy ever, insisted that he read it then and there!
He was smiling at me as I was telling him what the gift was.
Then Mike's official photographer moved over and started taking photos of what was happening! I was so hyped!
Yes, he was reading it!
He then said "Aww" and smiled at me. I was surprised when he stood up and moved to his right and told me to come near! Mike gave me a hug!
This was me, thanking him for the hug and everything else! He was really nice and cute! And just before I finally left...
I asked him to give me another hug! And Mike didn't fail me. He hugged me again! It felt so bizarre! Noticed how this photo is so full of emotions?

After the mall tour, my cousin and I went home to our condo and changed clothes. Next stop: Seventh High Club!
DSLRs are not allowed inside the club though, so we had to survive a few photos with my friend's digital camera (which we borrowed just before we left for 7th High)
Seventh High is all mad for Mike!
Ah huh, he took his shirt off!
See how sexy he is?
The whole Seventh High performance was a little short, compared to his mall tour, but anyway it was still worth it! My cousin, Cresa, and I surely had the time of our lives! We just love Mike so much!
And this was Cresa and I posing with our black dresses and heels before leaving Seventh High.
